Amita, Office Manager
Behind every great practice is someone keeping everything running seamlessly, and for Resolve Chiropractic and Wellness, that’s Amita. From managing insurance benefits and supporting the team to helping at the front desk and answering patient questions, Amita plays a key role in making sure every visit feels organized and welcoming.
What she loves most about her work is simple: the people. Amita genuinely enjoys getting to know patients and celebrating their progress, whether that’s getting back to exercising, playing with their kids, or simply living with less pain. Seeing how much chiropractic care can change someone’s life never gets old. When a patient walks through the door, Amita hopes they immediately feel comfortable and know they are in good hands. Her goal is for everyone to feel welcomed, cared for, and like they are part of the family, not just another appointment on the schedule.
Outside of the office, Amita loves spending time with family and friends. She has a passion for home decorating and DIY projects, and enjoys planning celebrations and creating spaces where people feel right at home.
Estefania, Front Desk Receptionist
Estefania has been the friendly face welcoming patients at Resolve Chiropractic and Wellness for the past two years. As the first person patients see when they walk in, she takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming experience from the very first moment.
One of her favorite parts of the role is building genuine relationships with patients and being part of the close-knit, family-oriented atmosphere that Dr. Mistry and Amita have worked hard to create. Her hope is that every patient feels valued, cared for, and comfortable throughout their visit.
On a typical day, you will find Estefania greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, processing payments, and making sure each visit runs as smoothly as possible. She has always enjoyed helping people, and finds it rewarding to know she plays a meaningful part in each patient’s care experience. Outside of work, Estefania enjoys baking and trying out new recipes, a creative and relaxing way to unwind after a busy day at the practice.
