We know that visiting a new healthcare office can feel uncertain. That’s why our new patient process centers on one goal: helping you feel at home from the moment you arrive. If you’re using insurance, just bring your driver’s license and insurance card—we’ll handle the rest. You’ll complete brief paperwork at check-in, and from there, Dr. Mistry will personally guide you through your first visit.
What to Expect on Your First Visit
Your first appointment usually takes about 30 minutes. Dr. Mistry will review your health history, what you’ve tried before, and what brings you in today. He’ll perform an examination and take X-rays if necessary to get a complete picture of what’s going on. Once he’s reviewed everything and confirmed it’s safe and appropriate, you’ll receive your first adjustment right then and there. Depending on your needs, we may also incorporate therapies like spinal decompression to support your healing.
Your Second Visit: A Roadmap for Your Recovery
At your second appointment, Dr. Mistry will walk you through your X-ray findings, explain what your X-rays show and how your spine is functioning, before outlining your recommended care plan. This visit is shorter than the first, and you’ll receive your next adjustment before you leave.

We accept most major insurance providers, Medicare, credit cards, and health savings accounts. We also welcome same-day appointments and walk-ins because when you’re hurting, waiting isn’t always an option. You’ll find us in a standalone building right off Preston Road, just past the large church on the right, with free parking available on-site.
